Please read — this journal holds no accreditation and is not indexed by any citation database. It is not a predatory journal and makes no claim to an impact factor. It exists to advance the discussion of AI in research. Full transparency statement

Register of sub-journals

Sub-journals by discipline

Every submission is made to exactly one sub-journal. The choice determines which disciplinary standards are applied and which desk-rejection criteria are used, so choose the closest match rather than the broadest.

Meta-Research on AI in Research

The journal's home discipline: how AI systems are changing authorship, peer review, integrity, productivity and the evidence base itself.

Criteria applied in every sub-journal

These grounds for desk rejection apply everywhere, in addition to each discipline's own list. A desk rejection is free: it happens before any fee is charged.

  • No discernible research question, contribution, or claim.
  • Content that is generated filler: fluent text with no findings, data, or argument.
  • Out of scope for every listed discipline.
  • Duplicate or substantially overlapping with an existing submission or publication.
  • Reference lists that are decorative — cited works that have no bearing on the argument.
  • Undisclosed use of AI systems where AI produced the substance of the work.
  • Claims of accreditation, indexing, or impact factor attributed to this journal by the author.
